Sri Lankan premium sugarcane jaggery from the Uva province is a type of unrefined sugar that is made from the juice of sugarcane, which is grown in the Uva province and other regions of Sri Lanka. It is made by boiling down the juice of the sugarcane until it thickens and crystallizes, and is then molded into blocks or balls and allowed to cool and solidify.
Premium sugarcane jaggery is made without the addition of any chemicals, making it a natural and pure form of sugar. It is known for its rich, caramel-like flavor and dark brown color, and is considered to be healthier than refined white sugar because it is made from natural sources and contains minerals and other nutrients.

ඌව පළාතේ ශ්‍රී ලංකා ප්‍රිමියම් උක් දුඹුරු සීනි යනු ඌව පළාතේ සහ ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ අනෙකුත් ප්‍රදේශවල වගා කරන උක් යුෂ වලින් සාදන ලද පිරිපහදු නොකළ සීනි වර්ගයකි. එය උක් යුෂ උකු වී ස්ඵටික වන තෙක් තම්බා, පසුව එය කුට්ටි හෝ බෝල ලෙස සකස් කර සිසිල් කර ඝන වීමට ඉඩ සලසයි.
